Link issues

In order to link issues using the custom fields, follow the below mentioned steps:

• Open the issue which you want to link with other issue(s)

• Find the custom field which you have configured to be used for linking using Easy Links Custom Field and Dependency for Jira.

• Click to edit the value for this field. A dropdown will be displayed which will display all the available issues (as per the configured JQL) which can be linked.

  • Open

    

• Select the appropriate value and then click on save.

Create Dependency Report

In order to create Dependency Report, please follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to the project in which you want to create the Dependency report.

• In the left hand side panel, go to the “Apps“ section and then click on “Dependency Table“

  • Open

    

     

• Now select a filter based on which you want to create the Dependency report. (Saved Filters in Jira will be displayed in this dropdown menu)

  •  

• 2 types of Dependency reports will be displayed.

• Issue Type View: This view displays issue links with other types of issues

  •  

• Links View: This view displays issue links based on type of links.
