Adding workflow to Page
A guide for page authors and owner to move page workflow
Prerequisites

You have permission to view the page; to change status you need edit permission.
The app license is active.
Open the Workflow panel on a page
You can access the workflow panel from two locations,
From the page information on top click Workflow status is <Status_Name>
From more actions menu: Apps → Easy Workflow for Confluence
The panel shows the current status and available status you can switch based on workflow.
Both panel are different. The panel that open from page information doesn’t allow you to add Approvers to page.
To add approvers to page, always access panel from more action menu.

Understand the current status
The current step is shown at the top (for example: Draft, Review, Approved).
If it’s a Status step (no approvals), you can usually move forward manually.
If it’s an Approval step, approvers must approve/reject; you cannot skip it manually.
Move the page forward (Status steps)
When the current step is a Status node:
Open the workflow panel.
Choose the next allowed status from the dropdown.
Click Save.
The page moves to the selected step and any configured editing rules are applied.
Request and manage approvals (Approval steps)
When the current step is an Approval node:
Add approvers
Use the search box to add approvers from the configured Confluence group for this step.
Remove pending approvers if added by mistake.
Approver actions
Each approver can Approve or Reject.
The page transitions automatically when:
Approvals required = All users: all listed approvers have approved; or
Approvals required = Fixed users: the set number of approvals is reached.
On Reject, the page follows the Reject path defined by your workflow.
Bring older approvers
Use the menu in the approval panel to bring back approvers from previous cycles of the same step.
This happen page was rejected earlier and you want same people to approve again.
