Description
Easy Workflow for Confluence helps teams standardize how pages move from draft to done. Space admins design simple, visual workflows with clear steps (Status nodes) and review gates (Approval nodes), then apply them across a space. Each workflow starts at Create and defines how pages progress, including what happens after approvals or rejections. For approval steps, you choose a Confluence group as the approver pool and decide how many approvals are required (all members or a fixed number). On pages, editors and approvers use a lightweight panel to view the current status, add/remove approvers from the configured group, and approve or reject with a click. You can also bring back approvers used previously on the same step.
To protect content quality, you can control editing at each step: block editing for everyone except the page owner and a selected group, or allow only that group and the owner to edit. The app adds helpful signals—like comments for approve/reject actions and optional watchers—so stakeholders stay informed. Built‑in validations prevent broken flows (for example, approval steps must have both approve and reject paths). Designed for Confluence Cloud, Easy Workflow keeps work visible, approvals accountable, and publishing predictable—without leaving your pages.
